TRAINING
As Tarihi Tencere Köftecisi, our operator candidates, who have been selected and whose preliminary protocol has been signed, gain the right to become an operator by participating in the training program we will offer before the opening. The licensee can be the operator himself/herself or he/she can transfer the management of the restaurant to an operator to be appointed by him/her. Participation in the trainings to be provided throughout the operating period is mandatory, except in cases of force majeure. This process is of great importance for our operators to achieve success and reflect the values of our brand in the best way possible.
